Wine grower since 1979, Bernard worked first in collaboration with his brother-in-law in private cellar. In 1998, he created today's cellar with his wife Josiane.

The peculiarity of our domain, which benefits from magnificent natural surroundings, is its troglodyte cellar.
The maturation is made in wonderful grattas, on the site of ancient stone quarries called "baumes".
Costant temperature and humidity, in summer as well as in winter, ensure the wine an ideal maturity.

Our cellar is located in former hotel-restaurant on the bank of the river Herbasse between Tain l'hermitage and Romans.

The wine produced on the domain is a vintage wine of the Rhône Valley, named Crozes-Hermitage, which declines in two colours : red and white.
